Font translation

When Notes/Domino generate HTML (your mail is converted to HTML when sent to an external recipient), it has a translation table. Somthing like this:
If size < 10 then Font=-1
If size < 12 then Font=0
If size >= 12 then Font=+1
Or something like that.

It is probably more complicated, as I noticed that Arial 9pt and 10pt are perfect for web documents, as they get just the right size, while 8 and smaller gets tiny. For email I usually use Arial 10, that looks good on the other side, no matter the mail client.
Could very well be different for different fonts.

I am assuming that Outlook has a similar translation table that decide that Font=-1 should render as 7.5pt.
